Will RealNet still be available?
From now on, RealNet functionality will only be available in a read-only mode for residential listings. That means you can still use RealNet to view historical data and input commercial listings, but you can no longer use the platform to input residential listings. At the moment, we are not planning to turn RealNet off completely. If this changes, we will alert you in advance and offer training on the migration.
How do I log in?
On April 2, you will receive an individualized email with your username and a link to reset your password. Once you log in, you will be able to access the new Out East Agent Tools system. If you are unable to sign in or forgot your password, you can go to the Out East homepage and select 'Sign In' at the top right. From there, click the 'Forgot Password' button and follow the instructions.
Will Out East have the same tools and features as RealNet?
To design the new features on Out East, we used site data to determine which of the existing tools on the RealNet platform were most valuable to local agents and brokerages. We also asked for feedback from the professionals in the industry. We took this feedback to heart and then spent months developing a new set of tools, custom-tailored to the needs of the local market. We will continue to evolve the platform as we learn more about your needs. Please reach out to our team with feedback or feature requests.

How does syndication work with this new platform?
You can get your active listings data from Out East in one of three ways:
- CSV Feed File
- RETS Format
- Transition your RETS feed to an IDX-powered site with an Out East approved IDX Vendor
Is Premier Agent coming to Out East?
Premier Agent is not a part of this launch. At the moment, Out East is focused on creating the tools you need to grow and optimize your business.
Why are some of the old features on RealNet no longer on Out East?
We used user data to determine which tools and features were most commonly used on RealNet and then transferred these t o the new Out East agent tools platform. As we build out this platform, we will continue to add new features. If you have feedback, please reach out to the Out East Support Team.
