This platform is the foundation of your daily engagement with buyers, renters and sellers on the East End, and overhauling the 15-year old system has been a very complex technological process. We recognize elements of this transition have interrupted your day-to-day business, and we are moving as quickly as possible to address concerns with utmost urgency.
- Include a detailed description of your issue.
- Provide a screenshot, if possible.
- Tell us what internet browser you are using (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, IE, etc).
- If applicable, identify the listing’s address.
Stay Informed About Updates and New Features
The overarching benefit of this new platform is that it can be updated in an ongoing basis, adding new features based on your feedback. This was not possible on RealNet. Here’s a glimpse into what’s coming next:

More Training and Resources
Having the same system for 15 years means it’s something that you’re familiar with and comfortable using. A new platform will entail a learning curve and we are here to support you through it. What’s on the other side of that learning curve is a vastly superior tool to an outdated system that will make your job transacting real estate easier. If you are one of the hundreds of agents and office managers who attended our training sessions over the past few months, thank you for taking the time.
