Create a Listing

 

Steps to create a listing:

  1. Log into your Out East account
  2. Go to your Agent Tools found at the top of the website
  3. Select the option "My Listings" from the drop-down menu
  4. At the top of the page are tabs titled Sales, Rentals or Land. Select the tab depending on the type of listing you wish to create
  5. Click on the "Create Sale Listing" link located in the top right corner of the page
  6. Add the address of the listing and click "Create Listing"
  7. This will bring you to the basic listing edit page
  8. Enter in your listing information (i.e. price, description, open house, photos, etc.)
  9. Click "Save Draft" if you would like to review the listing before making it live
  10. Once you are ready to activate the listing, return to the listing edit page found in your "My Listings" option and select the "Publish" button at the top

 

Edit an Existing Listing

 

Steps to Edit an existing Listing:

  1. Log into your Out East account
  2. Go to your Agent Tools found at the top of the website
  3. Select the option "My Listings" from the drop-down menu
  4. Hover over the listing you would like to edit, and select the 'Edit' icon
  5. Update the listing as needed, then click 'Save & Publish'
  6. Be sure to scroll up to the top to see if you are missing any requirements

    *Please note, if you're looking to edit the price of an open listing, the pricing section of the Edit screen will contain a link to "Edit Property Pricing". Changing pricing or availability for any rental period will now affect all listings on the site for that property.

 

Schedule an Open House

 

Steps to Schedule an Open House:

  1. Log into your Out East account
  2. Go to your Agent Tools found at the top of the website
  3. Select the option "My Listings" from the drop-down menu
  4. Hover over the listing you would like to edit, and select the 'Edit' icon
  5. Scroll towards the bottom of the page to find the Open House section
  6. Add the Open House information, then hit 'Save & Publish'
  7. Be sure to scroll up to the top to see if you are missing any requirements
