To search for listings on OREX, you must be logged into your Real Estate Professional Account on Out East.
Then hover over the 'Agent Tools' drop-down menu and select 'OREX Search'. Once you are on the 'OREX Search' page (see below), you can perform a search much like you would on any other listings platform.
You can customize your search based on location, price, property details, amenities, and brokerage. Once you've selected all your desired search parameters, hit the 'See Results' button and listings will immediately populate.
On Out East, it's easy to save and share your favorite listings.
To save a listing, or group of listings, just click the 'Add' button at the bottom of the listing page. A pop-up box will then appear, prompting you to select where you would like to save the listing. Select whichever folder makes the most sense. Be sure to click' Add to Folder' before closing out of the window.
To send a listing to a client, click the 'Share' button at the bottom of the listing page. A pop-up box will appear where you can enter your client's email address and add a message if you would like. Make sure to click 'Send' before closing out of the window.
To share, or add a listing to a folder, select the checkbox next to the listing in the OREX search results (see below).
There is no limit to how many listings you can share with clients or add to your folders. Once you've selected all listings you wish to share or add, you click the 'Share' or 'Add' button at the bottom of the screen.
If you are searching for a specific address or property on OREX and are unable to find it, be sure the listing matches your search parameters and the listing details, otherwise the listing will not appear in your search results . If you are searching for your own listing, make sure it's published to the site and publicly view-able, or published to OREX.
