You can unsubscribe from Out East emails when logged into your account on the site.
- First, navigate to the 'Your Account' drop down tab at the top right and select 'Email Preferences.
- From your email preferences, you can update the frequency at which you receive certain Out East emails. You can update email preferences for Saved Listings, Saved Searches, and Marketing. You also have the ability to unsubscribe from all Out East emails (which will include inquiries)
If you are receiving spam Out East in any form, please be sure to let our support team know here.
You can always update your email preferences per the above instructions as well, or block the email address that is sending you the spam through your personal email account.
If you are receiving spam from a source that is not Out East, please be sure to block the email address in your personal email account. Out East does not have the ability to prevent other users from contacting you directly.
If you believe you should have received an email, but don't see it in your mailbox please always be sure to check the junk/spam folders first. Oftentimes your email provider will route mail from certain domains to your junk/spam folders automatically.
If you still aren't seeing the email, then please reach out to us here. The more information you provide, the better we will be able to investigate the issue. So please try and let us know as much as possible about the contents, subject, sender, etc.
Please note, we are only able to investigate missing emails that would have been sent through the Out East site, if the email was not sent through our site, then we are unable to track that information and provide troubleshooting aid.
