Out East Updates - Three Months Later
In the few months since Out East Agent Tools launched, the team has been hard at work updating and improving the platform to make sure issues are addressed and agents have the tools they need to be successful.
We’ve collected helpful feedback from local agents across brokerages that has influenced how we prioritize many of these changes. We will continue to have an open dialogue with the local agent community to make their experience as efficient as possible. Within the first month of the launch, we made more than 30 additions to the platform (approximately 1 feature per day), interacted with hundreds of agents, and held 20+ training sessions, both via webinar and in-person. Now, at the end of our third month, we’ve made more than 100 changes and below are a few of the most noticeable:
Admins Can Now Edit Listing Property Addresses
We’ve heard from agents on the go that sometimes a listing property address needs a quick change. To make sure this can happen efficiently we’ve turned on the ability for Out East admins to edit the address of a listing after it has gone live.
More Map Features
We know it’s important to be able to zoom in and zoom out with ease, so we’ve added additional functionality and some new map features including both terrain and satellite view capabilities.
Share Listings With Ease
Trying to share a listing with clients? We have also improved email sharing capabilities, making it simple for agents to share listings with multiple email accounts at once and auto-completing email addresses.
