This is an important reminder that on Monday, September 23rd, Out East will switch all rental listings to 2020 pricing. We will set all 2019 price fields to "Not Available" with the exception of Year Round, Short-Term, and Winter prices, which we will transfer to 2020 fields for you.
Make sure you add 2020 rental prices to your listings on Out East before Monday, Sept. 23, so that they remain visible to rental shoppers before this change takes place.
To Update Your Listing Price:
- Log into your Out East account
- Go to ‘Agent Tools’ found at the top of the screen
- Select the option "My Listings" from the drop-down menu
- Hover over the listing you would like to edit, and select the 'Edit' icon
- Update the listing as needed, then click 'Save & Publish
When logged in to Agent Tools, you’ll notice a label on the listings that need your attention. (see image below)
